State Board of Education to Hold Emergency Meeting
Tallahassee, Fla. - The Florida State Board of Education will hold an emergency meeting by conference call to discuss the preliminary results of student writing proficiency as measured by the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) and their impact on school grades. Information about the meeting is available on the Department's website at http://www.fldoe.org/board/meetings. Members of the media may dial in to the conference call and participate in "listen-only" mode.
