District Personnel Evaluations Posted Department of Education to Host Media Conference Call
Tallahassee, Fla., December 4, 2012 - The first status report on district personnel evaluations will be posted tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. on the Department of Education's website at www.fldoe.org/profdev/pa.asp.
The report contains information about the number and percentage of classroom teachers, other instructional personnel, and school administrators who earned evaluation ratings of highly effective, effective, needs improvement, developing, or unsatisfactory for the 2011-12 school year. Data is available at state, district, and school levels, as well as for the three personnel categories, but will not be available at the individual level. Only the results for charter schools participating in Race to the Top are included in the 2011-12 data.
