Commissioner Blomberg to Announce Florida's
2007 National Assessment of Educational Progress Results

The Department of Education will hold a media briefing tomorrow by conference call to discuss Florida’s 2007 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) results, following the national release of scores at 10:00 a.m.

Participating in the call will be:

  • Florida Education Commissioner Jeanine Blomberg
  • Deputy Commissioner of Accountability, Research and Measurement Jay Pfeiffer
  • Office of Assessment and School Performance Administrator Dr. Cornelia Orr
  • NAEP Coordinator for the State of Florida Michele Sonnenfeld
  • Program Director of K-12 Assessment Section Kris Ellington
