Department of Education to Hold Initial FCAT External Advisory Group Meeting In Orlando
The Department of Education tomorrow will hold the initial Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) External Advisory Group meeting in Orlando to discuss the rescoring of the 2006 third grade reading FCAT and the creation of an annual, independent review of FCAT results.
Attendees of the meeting represent education stakeholder groups throughout the state, including school district superintendents, school district administrators, district assessment coordinators, DOE officials, and education association representatives.
