DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO HOLD MEDIA BRIEFING ON FCAT WRITING SCORES

TALLAHASSEE – The Department of Education will hold a media briefing tomorrow by conference call to discuss the release of the 2007 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) Writing+ scores.

Participating in the call will be:

  • Florida Education Commissioner Jeanine Blomberg
  • Deputy Commissioner of Accountability, Research and Measurement Jay Pfeiffer
  • Office of Assessment and School Performance Administrator Dr. Cornelia Orr
  • Program Director of K-12 Assessment Section Kris Ellington
